Well, after finally getting an oil pump (then getting the screen I left at home after Christmas!), the oil pump is now installed on the motor. This was after fighting to get the screen pressed into the pump, what an f-ing pain! Now I just need to button the motor up, prime the oiling system, set the lifter preload, re-prime, then get the car ready for a weekend engine swap. That'll include running a baseline on our chassis dyno to see what the old 305 is putting out before we install our 350, which should be making somewhere near 400 HP at the flywheel.
