On yet another day trip, I found myself at Tune Time Performance in Toms River, NJ. Specializing in performance and efficiency, these guys can tune just about anything under the sun and find some horsepower/fuel mileage in the process. I arrived to find the parking lot full of Trailblazers and a very lonely supercharged Cobalt.

We went down there to chassis dyno a Trailblazer SS before and after tuning to retrieve some baseline numbers before the installation of some top secret upgrades. Having spent most of my time at the engine dyno, with some thick plexi-glass between myself and kaboom, it was definitely an experience to be just feet away from four wheels spinning at 140+ mph.
If you are looking for some horsepower out of your vehicle, or just want to have a blast, I suggest strapping your hot rod down to one of these babies. The experience in itself left me gitty, not to mention we found 25 horsepower in the Trailblazer without affecting fuel mileage, air/fuel ratio, run temperature, or stressing the truck in any way.
