This weekend at Atco Raceway in New Jersey, the NMCA Digital tour rolls into town for a weekend of high horsepower and an even higher heat index. On weather.com, the "experts" are predicting temperatures of 90-degrees for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, so don't expect any record runs to be taking place. Though, the action should as great as it can be. The high temperature should help traction and have front ends flying all over the place.

       I will be competing in the LSX Showdown which is an index-style race for people with an LS-style motor. The winner will be walking away with over $2,500 bucks in cash money plus a plaque, trophy, and cap. I don't expect to make an waves in the class but should have a great time at the drag strip.
