The rage these days is super sick horsepower street cars. Many of these are supercharged. Well, in your honor, ProCharger is holding its first-ever shootout at the Super Chevy event at Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania. It's called the ProCharger Bracket Challenge and its open to any Chevy-powered vehicle with a ProCharger blower.

The race uses standard NHRA bracket racing rules with a Sportsman tree. It will be quarter-mile racing. Any fuel or tire is legal and naturally your car must meet current NHRA rules for safety. There will be specail at-track activities, drawings and awards. There will even be a ProCharger-powered car show. The dates are July 17-20, 2008.

See you there.
