After a recent visit to Tune Time Performance in Toms River, NJ I stumbled upon something interesting and for some, maybe sacrilegious. No matter which way you look at it, I was intrigued!
Pictured here is an LS1 GM engine shoe horned into? Go ahead. take a guess.

300ZX LS1 powered

That's right, a 300ZX. While some of you are thinking - Hey that's pretty neat, others are probably getting ready to send me some hate mail. Don't shoot the messenger here, just found it to be interesting, especially with its stock appearance.
According to Matt, the owner of Tune Time, The LS1 equipped with LS6 Heads and intake, fit pretty well into the engine bay (beyond fabricating custom engine mounts and transmission mounts). A built T56 manual trans was also installed with a custom driveshaft from Mr. Driveshaft and mated to the stock R200 Nissan rear containing 4.13 gears. Beyond the sound of this beast, you would not have a clue as to what is lurking beneath.
So, Is it cool? Or is it wrong? You decide.
