While at the Super Chevy Show in Norwalk, Ohio, we happened upon the legendary Shake, Rattle & Run ’57 Chevy. It’s been owned and raced by Dick Messino since he bought it new. Now it is on a quest to run in the 6s.
At the Norwalk race on Sunday, driver Mike Lopez laid down a solid 7.233 at 193.18. Amazing. The thing carries the wheels way down the track. That’s a piece of Chevy history right there.
