As of three days ago, I had a revelation and am considering turning my 1972 Nova into a pro-touring pavement grinder. Over the last year, I had been building the car to compete in NHRA Stock Eliminator but given the way the class is going, have decided differently.

   My question is: is there interest from the readers for such a build? I am considering doing a solid roller LS powerplant and revving it to the moon. 9,000 rpm is the mark I am shooting for. Any interest?
