I have been around racing all my life, but nothing comes close to the corporate madness that is NASCAR Sprint Cup racing. Every team has seemingly hundreds of people, toold everywhere, and more sets of Goodyears than a jammed parkway.
I was completely lost. Dumbfounded even, to see how much was going on at all times. I didn't know a single person. I took a few laps around the pits and saw a lot of what was going on, but still was wandering amously 'till it hit me. My brother Dave is pretty close with the Northrop family. They run NHRA stock, super gas, comp, and pro-stock, all without sponsorship outside of their family business, which happens to be ISC Racer's Tape. I have been told over and over again that some of the NASCAR boys use this stuff so I looked around to see what I could find. I must have peered close into twenty pit boxes only to find that those people were not lieing. Everybody uses this stuff and for some very strange reason, I didn't feel so lost anymore.
