Chrysler - Fiat Merger

It seems like almost daily, the status of the Fiat/Chrysler deal changes. Is or isn't Chrysler going to have to claim bankruptcy? Today, yahoo.com posted that Chrysler lender talks have broken off and the company is heading for Chapter 11. I don't know much about Fiat but decided to do a little investigation and thought the results were pretty interesting.

Did you know that Fiat is an Italian automobile and motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1899?

Did you know that besides Italy, Fiat sellls its majority of automobiles in Brazil?

Did you know that subsidiaries of Fiat include Ferreri, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and Lancia?

Did you know that  Fiat's net income in 2008 was 1.72 billion dollars?

Food for thought.  How about a V12 in the Challenger? Anyone?
