Latest story on Jalopnik reports that the city of Warren is making strong advances on GM to move its world headquarters from Detroit. If GM were to do this, it would probably be like dropping a neutron bomb in the city, and as the editor of one of our sister magazines put it "Detroit would look just like New York in the movie I Am Legend".
