Looking at the map they've got, here in the South we've got it pretty good, except her in Florida and North Carolina, where we're getting bent over the table on what we're paying for gas. (This is especially mystifying here in Tampa, where most of the state's gas is delivered by sea going tanker. North Carolina, no idea on that one.)
