GM Performance Parts' (GMPP) innovative E-ROD '55 Chevy concept, powered by the new E-ROD emissions-legal crate engine package, is hitting the road March 15 for a three-month tour of California hot rod shops, GM Dealerships, cruise events, car shows and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) stations. The tour provides California enthusiasts a close-up look at the groundbreaking system, along with the opportunity to learn more about integrating it in their project vehicles.

The E-ROD crate engine package includes a complete LS3 engine rated at 430 horsepower, emissions equipment - including catalytic converters - and supporting components that enable your performance project car to pass California's stringent emissions tests. It is available now through GM dealers, authorized GMPP retailers and via the GMPP Web site, www.gmperformanceparts.com/erod.
