For the third year in a row, Nitto Tire has signed on as the sponsor for the Super Chevy Magazine Suspension & Handling Challenge. The event will be held at the AMCI Test Center at El Toro Field in California in late August and is by invitation only to the top suspension manufacturers in the Chevy hobby.

In 2008, it provided participants with its NT01 DOT-legal track tire; last year it donated the more street-oriented but only slightly less sticky NT05 for the entrants. Both tires performed amazingly well, helping our participants turn in times better than a C5 Corvette and close to or better than a new Camaro SS. No decision has been made yet on which tire will be used in '10. Without Nitto's support, this event would be very difficult to pull off so we extend to them our extreme gratitude.
