I love Tri Fives, and the beautiful custom/restomod/all original restored cars are always interesting. But there's somethign about a beat up, unrestored daily driver that just piques my curiousity...
Maybe it's the hidden story that lies beneath what's usually three or four different layers of paint (though the car pictured here still wears its original factory hue) and the well worn interior. Perhaps it's just the mystery of how a car remained a daily driver for over 50 years?
Regardless, there's just something about these "diamond int he rough" cars that's a guilty pleasure for me.
