We’re very excited to announce the introduction of a brand new product category for Flaming River! Very soon, we will be offering a full line of shocks, springs, and coilover kits for hot rods, street rods, and muscle cars. Our kits will come in different mounting styles: stock mounts for a variety of GM applications, Mustang II style, and custom mounts for modified vehicles—said John Jennings of Flaming River.
The products are not available just yet, so you will have to be patient as Flaming River puts the finishing touches on these new goodies. Here is a sneak peak of what they are working on.
The double adjustable shocks are a lightweight, aluminum twin-tube design with a clear anodized finish.
Machined aluminum piston with deflective disk technology and a PTFE/bronze piston seal
Independently adjust the compression and rebound: 19 positions of compression and 19 positions of rebound adjustments allow for a total of 361 different valving combinations.
Adjustment knobs clearly labeled with “C” for compression and “R” for rebound.

Three-step sealing system.
All shocks can be rebuilt or re-valved by Flaming River.
